Adelina's pizza is a truck food They had suggested it to us but being Italian we arrived with not too high expectations and instead… THE PIZZA IS SPECTACULAR soft super leavened inside light and crunchy outside TastyI would go back not once but whenever I can! "Flavorful...and what a crust!"We recently enjoyed the Arrabiata (bottom), Margherita (top L) and Fresca (top R). Each is a generous size for one. All were great in their own way. The Fresca was our favorite, with fresh pesto vibing great with the arugula. The Marg was sweeter and vibrant. Wow! Finally some really authentic amazing pizza in Ithaca. Growing up downstate all I know is good pizza. Adelina's is a gem amongst so much garbage food in ithaca. My only complaint is that I didn't find out about this place sooner. The owner is incredibly nice and you can tell he really cares about his craft.
