Been a long time since I ran into such bad service, and mediocre food. I ordered for delivery, and it arrived after more than an hour. One of the main courses was not properly closed and the whole bag was drenched in sauce. The salmon was super dry and over cooked, the sushi was less then mediocre. Lastly when we were ordering on the phone the lady was yelling at us and other people in the restaurant, she barely spoke English and was impassion it’s ok if she doesn’t speak the language but she should be the one taking the phone calls if she DOEST UNDERSTAND.We were visiting Ithaca for the weekend, every place we went to and visited was extremely nice and friendly, we ordered here before leaving, and left a bad taste to a wonderful stay at Ithaca.

Wonderful Food- Just Ask That They Be More Realistic About Prep Time.Their sushi is prepared well and the best deal in town. But you may want to double the time they give you for pick up orders. It's possible that they don't want to tell you the realistic time because it will sound too long. We ordered the Sushi for Two (which is easily enough for four-- and we have big appetites!) It was beautifully prepared-- but they told me 25 minutes and it was closer to an hour. Double the time, and then you will be very happy with this place!

I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap, but also tastes cheap. Can't even tell the tuna from the salmon from the white fishes. Because they had no flavor. Because they were not fresh.... I didn't get food poisoning, but I definitely was worried I would.

The food was pretty good. The price was very reasonable. The service was fine but the employees didn't seem happy. They don't take American Express credit cards. The selection is large. They have two menus, one for Chinese food and another for Japanese food.

A clean, pretty place to eat with great sushi and reasonable prices. It ticks all my boxes!

Honestly I think this is one of the better sushi places in town, PLUS you can't beat the pricing. Clean, good tea, fresh tasting ingredients. This is my go-to sushi fix.

Been here twice in two days. Yesterday, I ordered well in advance (> 45 minutes) and my order wasn't ready. Food was decent. Nothing special.

Stopped in with my husband on a whim at 4:30ish on a Monday. I got a Mexican Roll and a Great American roll. The sushi was very fresh and tasted great. The tuna was especially good. My husband got the sushi regular combo and all the sushi was top quality there, too. It is down a star only because it took awhile and my husband reported the ginger tasted old. I would recommend this place on food quality for sure and we will go back of given the chance.

One time I did the all you could eat sushi and it was very worth it. I ate over 30 pieces of sushi and felt like a pig after, but was so happy

Sushi was fresh and tasty. We tried: two vegetable rolls, a spicy tuna roll, a spider roll, and an Alaskan roll. All good. Miso & tea was hot and satisfying. "Japanese" spring rolls were a bit disappointing -- fried & greasy. Ambiance was fine -- quiet; no music. Sushi chef was pleasant. Server was efficient though not particularly friendly. Quick. Would return if walking downtown & desirous of sushi.

this place's exterior does not do the food justice. everything was delicious and high quality. No complaints about the service. All and all a great experience that I would recommend. If you like spider rolls try the capital roll. Its a spider roll plus more good stuff. I almost missed it on the menu.
