We came in around 7pm on 3/10 for one honey Chipotle chicken bowl. The line was to the door, MANY to-go orders and we watched a huge catering order go out.
From beginning of line to cashing out probably took close to an hour.

Food was decent and served quickly after having an unusual conversation that caught me off guard slightly, but was nothing inappropriate or anything so def good place to eat and def was a hell of a way to switch my brain on and make me think for a second at the least! Lol

This Chipotle was great pre-pandemic. I don't think they've ever recovered. Out of the last 4 times I've been in:
1.) All good, no complaints
2.) Stood in line for literally 10 minutes while the only 2 employees I could see helped not a single person. In 10 minutes, no one's order was taken (or worked on), no one was checked out, every single customer in the store was waiting to order. I left.
3.) Ordered online, showed up on time...
