I hope I got her name right, Tessa the manager was very helpful, quick and professional when I was picking up my online order even when there were problems with the payment system. I couldn’t have asked for any better service and she deserves a raise!!

I ordered two pizzas with a coupon that costs me $28.05 for a delivery and I mentioned the instructions very clearly to deliver it to the front desk person. But they just left in the soil at the door outside the hotel. Moreover it is not the main entrance, it is a side entrance. What should we say to these delivery people of dominos ( I ordered directly through dominos app). Please keep your sense and deliver it atleast to the front desk so I can pick it up. Does these kind of people really need a star.. to rate them.

My driver sounded wasted drunk and gave my food to the wrong person and drove 10 minutes away from my location that was given. When I called the store they said that I gave the wrong location and couldn’t give a refund, unacceptable.

Honestly, for how many people these guys get they are super considerate and they take pride in making a great product. Sometimes they’re busy and you need to be patient because they literally get thousands of orders on a Saturday night. They are patent otherwise and make great pizzas. Honestly, these guys single-handedly changed my opinion on dominoes.

I’ve been coming to Domino’s for over four years now multiple people have ran this store some better than Others.. Whoever decided to allow that rude incompetent woman to run a business should be ashamed of themselves if you can’t handle the business Find another job!!!! Lisa or Liz I believe was the name couldn’t hear over the LOUD music Leaving your crew to drown while you hide in the back laughing knowing people are waiting for their food absolutely disgusting! waited didn’t even get my food made yet I won’t be back.
Good one. Ordered here twice. Both times pizza was hot and tasty. The main problem is that inside the pizzeria the music is way too loud, I would even say extremely loud (for curiosity even measured the level and it was 90 db). But tables and floor were clean. The wait time is a bit too long but I'm sure it depends on the specific pizza maker. Prices aren't bad for Ithaca downtown. This pizzeria is located near the Ithaca commons, which makes it better than, for example, Papa John's near Aldi. So, if you read this, please, turn the music down a little! :)
