I ordered a small pizza on pickup. Got exactly what I ordered, no mistakes, and it was good. Most of the bad reviews here are just about delivery. Pickup is fine.

Listed hours on here are wrong. I don't know how late they're open. I did get lied to when I called to ask if I could pick my order up at 12:30 a.m., though, so that's a bonus, I guess if you don't want to get food.

Toppings were not right both times I’ve been here (excluded toppings). First time, I didn’t get two of the toppings that I wanted (i don’t know if they were out or what), and the second time, I didn’t get one out of two toppings I wanted. I don’t know if there’s some kind of issue with the system that they use that takes online orders, but the pizza is too expensive to not get everything that you want…
Pizza was bad and greasy and uncut. Waited an hour 45 for one tiny 13 inch pizza that cost 17 bucks. Just overall bad experience. Would not recommend.

We walk into the store and the lady at the counter is yelling at a customer, the guy in the back makes sure to mention how he doesn’t care how we are, and then when we say to have a good day after getting our food (which the pizza had unwanted items added to it that we later found that they had made us pay extra for and our wings were soggy but not from bbq sauce as there was barely any sauce) the guy proceeds to yell back how he has been working 60 hour weeks in an extremely rude way. Not a pleasant experience at all.

My pizza was two hours late and I had to drive to come pick it up even though I wanted it delivered. Ticket says it was done an hour before I even got to the place. No one picked up the phone when we called more than 4 times. When I got there, they were actively ignoring calls (they weren’t even busy). They had like 5 people working at the time and there was only a couple waiting inside for their food. My pizza was cold by the time I actually got it.
