I ordered a pizza a short while ago and it is OUTSTANDING! All the ingredients are very fresh, the sauce and crust are just how I like them and it looks amazing. I think this is the best pizza in Ithaca and it will be my go to place from now on! About a month ago I had an issue with a Door Dash order and Nate went above and beyond to make it right.

Some of the nicest people you'll find around.
The owner is seemingly almost always there, and he knows his customers and greets you by name.
There's admittedly a lot of pizza options in Ithaca and many of them are good, but no one comes close to the value and creativity of ETA pie.
They're also one of two pizza places here that make good salads, and by a wide margin ETA pies are more creative.

Pretty disappointed. This place advertises delivery but apparently won’t deliver just 7 miles away — which is hardly far at all. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just to place an order like any normal customer. Instead, I was told they don’t deliver to my area, even though I’m well within what most places consider a standard delivery range.

Good pizza they do not skimp on toppings and the staff are super nice. Probably the best salads to can get from any Pizza place, freshly made and good portions. Great price for the amount of food you get.

I had a blip experience my first time ordering from this place. The pizza was not great given the mistake that was made. I did however speak to one of the employees who cleared the mistake. The solution and overall customer service was so fantastic that I 100% will be ordering from here again. If it's not obvious from this review, the pizza was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you're looking to to eat pizza.

I had wings, and they were cooked perfectly! The pies that came out looked amazing and the canoli dessert pie slice was on point 👌
Just picked up my first pie and it was incredible! Best gluten-free quest crust I've had in a long time. I actually had to ask to make sure it was gluten free because it looked and tasted like the real thing.
I did a DIY pizza and every topping I chose was absolutely delicious. Friendly folks, fast service, and great food- what else could you ask for?
