Sautéed Pork Julienne with Sweet Bean Sauce (京酱肉丝) (also known as sautéed shredded pork with sweet bean sauce) is a famous Beijing homey dish ，This dish uses the sweet bean sauce to its fullest. For those who's never had sweet bean sauce, the sauce is made with mostly fermented wheat flour with a similar appearance to Hoisin sauce. The sweet bean sauce has a mix of sweet and savory taste with an aromatic fragrance. When cooked together with pork julienne, the pork takes on the sauce, creating this succulent tender meat with uniquely sweet and savory flavors. Traditionally, sautéed shredded pork with sweet bean sauce bean paste and some green onions are eaten in lotus leaf buns.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and got just plain breaded chicken, what is this, how do you forget the sweet and sour when it’s in the name?!?! Added duck sauce to it that I had in my fridge for at least some flavor (and no there was not a cup of the sauce in the bag either)

Went there having not been there in a while and didn't kno they stopped doing HotPot... BIG bummer... so I got a little Chinese Fare.... meh. That chicken on the stick is sinful.. Szechuan shrimp had no flava. I even asked for it to be EXXTRA spicy.. I even heard my girl tell the cook in the back. It was not. I wasn't pleased.

Went there for our 7th year anniversary and it was amazing. I had the Shrimp mei fun while my husband had the General Tsau combo platter and we both enjoyed it. We also split some steamed bun and the sesame seed buns as a side and desert and loved them. The waitress was super nice and was very good at answering all of my dumb questions. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
