I’m glad you have people who love there job as u should
The owner was great. He does a lot for the community. I know he's going to be doing Thanksgiving meals to give back to the community completely free of charge for people who need it. I think all business owners should give back to the community
Five stars for the KFC here in Ithaca, and a big thank you to Josh, the manager. He was so kind and went out of his way to take care of us. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and right at home. It's rare to find service this warm and genuine. Thank you, Josh, we'll definitely be back!

KFC's $20 Family Pack is a modest meal for a family of three, including two small sides and four biscuits. The chicken pieces are sufficient, but the sides are on the smaller side. The biscuits have been noted to be smaller in size and sometimes mushy inside. The service is generally friendly and efficient, but there can be delays during busy periods. The parking lot can be challenging to maneuver due to its layout. On the positive side, the restrooms are well-maintained. Overall, KFC offers a convenient and acceptable dining option for those passing through.
