I bought 2 half moon's from you today and they were terrible... burnt on the bottom so you just tore the burnt off
It’s bread, pastry, and service!
I highly recommend Ithaca Bakery! However last evening I had an experience that was less than horrible! I called ahead to request a French Bread loaf be brought out of the freezer. I would be there in an hour to pick it up. I went to where I normally pick it up where I was met by who I assume took my order, his name was Steve. I was informed I had to pick up my order at the “pickup”counter, completely on the other side of the building. There I found a young lady taking way...read full review
