We wanted to like this place. We love the location and the decor - the walls are painted with characters from the anime, Naruto. However, every dish needed to be tweaked to be better. I am open to fusion food, but fusion should not be a descriptor for anything that isn't done well enough. The bibimbap were too wet - please dry the ingredients before assembling. Maru Ramen is a cozy place with fabulous food, offering spicy ramens, buns, and bibimbop. Customers enjoyed the different ramens and found them really tasty. The restaurant has fast service and reasonable prices. The server is always friendly and super fast, noticing when water needs filling. There is a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options, including tofu ramen. Portions are huge. Although parking can be a challenge, the heartwarming food is worth the visit. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal.
