I get takeaway a few times a month. It is SO GOOD! I love the naan, vegetable pakora, mango chicken and the chicken tikka masala. The portions are great and the food is delicious and flavorful. Can’t wait for the chance to try their buffet.

Excellent food, authentic, not too much cream in the dishes. We had lunch buffet.

Service was an abomination!! It was almost like deliberate one blow after another.

Me and my girlfriend entered around 8:20 to 8:25 and left at 9:16 We could have been told no, we are closing, but we were asked to sit anywhere.

We ordered.

Veg Pakora came first. It was nice. We were waiting for the next thing to arrive, which was Shahi Paneer and Garlic Naan.

Instead of giving food, dessert was put on our table first. The dinner arrived after dessert (first tiny bit shock).

Shahi Paneer was on-point, garlic naan was mid!

While we were eating they turned off the music in the restaurant, and also turned down the lights. (Second shock)

At around 9 I asked if I can have another Garlic Naan, I was told no with an attitude it started to feel like I should not be in the restaurant at all(Third shock)

While eating, the waitress came to the table and put the card machine to pay!!! While we were still eating!! (Fourth shock)

We got so surprised about this and we were disappointed with how we were being treated, we were just contemplating if she (the waitress) was deliberately doing this or was this by mistake. But as you can read ine after another things were happening.

Then the last blow came which made it very clear that she was deliberately being mean and terrible towards us.

Final blow- we paid, we got up. While I was just wearing my jacket looking, I was sitting right next closest to a gate and just looking at this exit. She went ahead and locked it. If she could have waited 25 seconds we would have been out. But she chose to lock it.

It was almost like they felt like they let us in and did us a favour by letting us eat!!

I wish I could tip her in minus!

everything about this was a three at best to be honest. ik it’s probably hard to run an Indian restaurant in ithaca but the waitress taking my order should know the name of items/understand their basic pronunciation. It is quite difficult to order an indian dish if someone doesn’t know how to pronounce, understand, or write it down to send to the kitchen.

Once we struggled to order, the main entrees came out (perfectly hot and satisfying), only to then have us wait over 15 mintues for the naan(bread) to come out, that goes with the salan (curry), therefore making the actual food cold by then. This needs to be a better system or should be kept under light in the back and be brought out all together.

Lastly, not sure whose idea is it to give leftovers in PAPER containers but it’s a liquid curry.. while this seems self explanatory, not only does the liquid LEAK from paper containers, it tries up and sticks to the paper, therefore making it extremely difficult to scoop out and eat, even just a few hours after!

Much of the process needs work. I give it a 3/5 still because the taste of the food itself is decent, they have variety options for veg and non-veg, and the seating availability was pretty quick. Internal changes def needed though.

Average place to get some good Indian foods served hot. Most of the items taste same. Nothing stands out. Only the nuns are served hot. Choice of items are also quite limited. Getting a parking is the biggest trick.

The food is of pretty decent quality, but we weren’t very impressed with their hospitality; the servers rarely check on your table, and don’t always bring you everything you order… sometimes you have to get up out of your seat to get their attention, and ask repeatedly for the items you ordered. It’s a shame, because this would be a nice place to eat, if the service was better.

I was in search of vegan-friendly food in the area and landed on this establishment. I ordered the Aloo Gobi and Paratha (without butter) to-go. The food was ready within 10 mins, or even less and it turned out to be delicious. Extra bonus points to this restaurant because you’re able to specify the spice level to your meal.

Food is not great. Service is bare minimum. It gets you by but don’t expect it to be spectacular.

New Delhi Diamonds is a great place to socialize, eat, and have fun. Every time I go there I have a great time and so do my friends which love eating Indian food. The appetizer's are what gets you going. When they ask you "Mild, Medium, or Hot you always want to go with medium unless if you can take hot food. There are many varieties such as vegetarian, vegan, and meat dishes as well. Overall this is the restaurant you want to go to for the Best Dinner Ever!

Vegetarian options: They have a vast range of vegan and vegetarian options. Their paneer Tikka masala is the best but I can also go for a Dal Makhani and a naan!

Dietary restrictions: I have ordered off their menu a lot and the staff has always had options for myself and my vegan and gluten free friends. I would definitely recommend a vegetable pakora for people who are vegan and have a gluten allergy.

This is supposed to be chicken biryani.!! And, honestly, I don't know who on earth adds carrot, beans, green peas, chickpeas, and cauliflower in chicken biryani. It is clearly a scam when they just add chicken to vegetable biryani and deliver it to people expecting to have actual chicken biryani.

Food was great. We hadn't been there in a long time. They could redecorate, feels like a diner in there, that would be only complaint. We did enjoy the drinks, food and dessert.
