Great flavors, very tender meat, some spicy dishes, some not spicy. Vegetable dishes are different from what I have ever had but very good. Our server was awesome, helped us newbies out very patiently!
What a fantastic meal! In Ithica on business with my coworker who is as adventurous about finding cool restaurants as I am. He chose Hawi tonight and BINGO it was a hit. We got in at about 5:15 and the place was empty. By the time we finished dinner this place was packed. It was packed because the food is phenomenal. I love the food. The service is okay, not great. But worth it for the food. Awesome for people eating a vegan diet, but good meat options as well. Peanut tea-- sounds weird but it's so good! And it's BYOB so don't forget to bring your wine!Vegetarian options: Vegan options! And not just one!
