The atmosphere is fascinating. Loved the billiards table and darts, definitely a dive bar but approachable and host to a decent number of college students. It's cash only and a little expensive, but I had enough fun hanging out there that it was basically worth it. The wood paneling is a really enjoyable touch!
I travel a lot for work and I find myself in some awesome and interesting places. If you are in Ithaca and love dive bars like I do then this place is for you. Great atmosphere, calm quiet crowd and phenomenal drink prices on par with what I find back home. They have pool, pinball, beers and mixed drinks. What more could you want. Solid place!Good beer and plenty of room for my bunch of degens to play some pool and shoot some darts. Juke box was rocking which didn't hurt the mood at all. Bathroom left something to be desired.
