Silo Fried Chicken – Food Truck Battle Edition
Crispy, flavor-packed bird that came with “Truck Gravy” so good I briefly considered using it as skincare. The strawberry lemonade was fizzy which isnt my thing—but that’s a me problem. Ate it at their mobile bar like a civilized human. The owner? Cool as hell. I’d follow this truck like it owes me money.
I have a story, but with start with the food: fantastic chicken. ultra crispy, the curry is mind blowing. I don't even like corn bread and I want to eat a full pan of theirs.
My story reflects on the people and service side...I'm from Buffalo and my family travels to Ithaca a lot for vet care from Cornell.
