I highly recommend Simeon’s for a more refined upscale restaurant experience in downtown Ithaca. What I like most about Simeon’s is that the menu boosts with local ingredients—my grilled chicken with roasted root vegetables was tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The house-made focaccia is lovely. Fairly impressive wine list also adds an additional layer upscale.
It’s a five star all the way around for me.

We had a wonderful meal here. The server was attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place highly but also recommend checking out the menu online as it is limited, limited but excellent. Desserts are small and perfect!

Among the best dining experiences in Ithaca, Simeons is a classic fine dining experience that executes its dishes to perfection consistently. Their appetizer game is strong, with fresh and delicious choice. Their entrees also always blow me away, and if they have the ribeye, it is truly spectacular here. The prime rib is also amazing; and the sides for any entree I’ve ever had have lived up the entree quality. Even if you do not want any, make sure you ask to see the desserts!...
