Subway in Ithaca

“Becca at this location is the epitome of excellent customer service. She understands the difference of hospitality over service and that alone sets this establishment above all others in Ithaca because finding that type of service is very difficult. I came in with my son after spending the afternoon at UR and spending 4.5 hours in a car to order a chicken salad sub only to find out it was discontinued. Not knowing how exhausting our day was both physically and mentally instead of just telling us the item was no longer available she offered to make it by hand for my son. She not only made my son's entire day exponentially better but her kindness and compassion for the people she comes in contact with as a mother brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart.“

“I’m a bit picky about my sandwiches I love the Philly cheese but I can’t stand raw veggies. John was on duty and was amazing about working with me and getting the sandwich right. He did have to do a remake but he did it well and I absolutely recommend this store and this young man to make the sandwiches ?
