Subway in Elmira

“I had a great experience at Subway thanks to the young lady who made my sandwich. She was friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. She took her time to make sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it, and everything was fresh and neatly prepared. Excellent customer service like hers really stands out. She deserves recognition for doing such an amazing job. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable!“

“I have visited quite a few Subway chains and this one ranks the lowest. The bread was not fresh (hard & crumbly). I don’t know why (because they all measure the same) but the amount of tuna put on a sub is so minimal.Service was fast, not so friendly tho.Unless I am stuck with no where else to go, I won’t return.“

“Typically a good location but im allergic to an ingredient found in most breads however the flatbread is the only bread i can safely eat. But unfortunately this location didn't have flatbread in stock. I would like a refund if possible.“
