Becca at this location is the epitome of excellent customer service. She understands the difference of hospitality over service and that alone sets this establishment above all others in Ithaca because finding that type of service is very difficult. I came in with my son after spending the afternoon at UR and spending 4.5 hours in a car to order a chicken salad sub only to find out it was discontinued. Not knowing how exhausting our day was both physically and mentally instead...

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of product that was used to make our subs. We have gone to other subways and didn't get well made subs like this place. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
