They had all the doors locked on Sunday at 1230pm in the afternoon prime lunch time and drive thru took a half hour it was insane the longest wait for Taco Bell ever. Management needs to know what’s going on, multiple cars came and left trying to get in or leaving after waiting too long in the Drive thru line. They need more employees or better management

Update 4/1/24–now takes forever to get through drive through. Got online at 5:11pm and it’s 5:32pm and I just pulled up to the speaker. 3 stars.ORIGINAL: 5 stars. It’s Taco Bell and the only one in town. Hours are reasonable — you won’t find 24-hour service here like in big cities — but hey it’s 11pm or later every day. Can’t complain. Food is prepared well and haven’t had an issue with wrong orders, etc.Expect the usual college crowd lines on late weekend nights, sometimes really long. But staff has been nothing but friendly and efficient so I really can’t ask for more.Rating is in comparison to other fast food options in the region.

I highly recommend the Taco/Burrito Craving Pack. You will have enough food to last 1 person 2 meals. Also, remember the spice packs it always makes the food taste better.

Waited 50 minutes in the nightmare of a drive thru line to pick up a door dash order only for the line not to move an inch… a geniune waste of my time and I had to give up and cancel the order so thanks for cheating me out of my DoorDash pay! This location is an embarrassment and either needs to be closed or undergo a serious overhaul don’t eat here unless you have an hour to spare. When I’ve gotten food for myself here in the past I’ve waited upwards of an hour due to the thin drive thru lane you can’t leave once you’ve entered so if the poor sap in front of you thinks they’re actually going to get anything to eat from here and the sucker behind you thinks this line will ever move you just can’t leave unless you want to pop your tires on a curb… after giving up on the door dash and calling the location several times to no response I picked up an order from the McDonalds down the road for the same pay as the previous order and when I drove back past the Taco Bell the line had still yet to move as an employee gingerly swept the floor of an empty lobby. As a line of cars piled to the edge of the parking lot! Pathetic excuse for a restaurant and I’d like some form of compensation for cheating me out of an hour of pay maybe a gift card to a restaurant that doesn’t make you wait the length of a feature film just to get your meal cold and soggy if you even get it at all! Please just shut this place down.

I hadn't visited this tacobell in awhile however we stopped in for a quick bite the self ordering was pretty easy to use. The food came out hot and in a timely manner too.

Comically slow. Not a single order seems to come out of here faster than 20-30 minutes. The staffing mismanagement of food production is shockingly bad. I’ve come to this location a few times recently but will be sure to never come back.

Was here for over an hrs for two tacos...and only two people were making food while a girl with her shirt tied up sweeping the floor while costumers were waiting to order and get their food

Ordered via the mobile app and decided to go through the drive-thru thinking it would be faster than running in. We ended up spending an hour in line waiting with cars moving about one car every 10-15 minutes or so. When I got to the speaker, nobody answered. Sat for 10 minutes as cars in front of me moved up slowly and nobody said anything so I drove to the window instead to tell them I was there to pick up my mobile order. The person at the window didn't seem like she cared that nobody answered the speaker and she was eating while answering the next person in line (about 10 minutes later). This location used to be awesome but based on the last couple times I've been here, I'm avoiding it at all costs now.

We went for breakfast. Our small town doesn't have a lot of fast food breakfast options. We have been sleeping on Taco Bell...great prices and good portions and the cheesy goodness we expect from Taco
If you enjoy waiting 60-90 minutes for your mobile pickup order just to enjoy cold food that isn’t what you ordered, then this is the place for you! Except to spend a minimum of an hour behind 10 cars in the drive thru because their lobby is perpetually closed. If you complain to the staff that your food is cold, they’ll blame you for taking so long to pick it up, despite the fact that you couldn’t come pick it up because you were stuck in the line.
We ordered two bowls and both of them had no chicken and one of them had no veggies. The person making the food is lazy and needs training.
