Ordered via the mobile app and decided to go through the drive-thru thinking it would be faster than running in. We ended up spending an hour in line waiting with cars moving about one car every 10-15 minutes or so. When I got to the speaker, nobody answered. Sat for 10 minutes as cars in front of me moved up slowly and nobody said anything so I drove to the window instead to tell them I was there to pick up my mobile order. We went for breakfast. Our small town doesn't have a lot of fast food breakfast options. We have been sleeping on Taco Bell...great prices and good portions and the cheesy goodness we expect from Taco

If you enjoy waiting 60-90 minutes for your mobile pickup order just to enjoy cold food that isn’t what you ordered, then this is the place for you! Except to spend a minimum of an hour behind 10 cars in the drive thru because their lobby is perpetually closed. If you complain to the staff that your food is cold, they’ll blame you for taking so long to pick it up, despite the fact that you couldn’t come pick it up because you were stuck in the line.
