The guy cooking my tacos picked up some of the meat with his hands and ate it. The guy at the counter wiped his nose with the back of his hand while I paid. The guy who cooked my food went on break and ate his food and went back to work wearing the same gloves the entire time. But the tacos were really good.

Miss how this place began. Still going to support them. But the tacos are getting sloppier and soggier. Everything tastes the same because they are drenched in pineapple juice and grease. They also don’t offer plates or containers so the bag is just a pile of wet mush if you get them to go. Had to toss 2 of 5 because they were just so wet. But these are solvable issues if they bring themselves to adjust. Rooting for them.

Decent tacos. Glad they had a vegan chorizo option. Cucumber agua fresco was refreshing and not overly sweet. But there was only one (not very) hot sauce option, no pickled jalapenos. Would like to be able to customize more. More veg options would be welcome. Nice outdoor seating but lots of yellow jackets buzzing about so he careful if allergic.
