Ordered food to go for convenience. Would not allow us to use table to eat, even though we paid gratuity.

Burger tasted amazing! I was very happy with the service. I have a LOT of food sensitivities and they were very accommodating.

Paid $40 for pancakes, bacon, and coffee. Tastes like school lunch, which makes sense because they get their supplies from Sysco

The food here is terrible especially for the over priced amount you pay. The burgers are charred so bad you hate to eat them but for the cost you choke it down. The fries were under cooked. Save your money. Avoid this place.

Not a good breakfast at all. Bacon really fatty and salty, eggs tasted odd. Wait staff efficient and friendly though -

Bought a turkey sandwich at LaGuardia airport before boarding my flight. There was almost no stock on the shelf so I grabbed the one thing I could eat. It had gluten free bread which I did not notice until later. However, when I got on the plane the picture tells the story. The bread crumbled even on lightly holding the sandwich, spilling onto my lap, staining my paints and making the sandwich almost impossible to eat by hand. Oh, and they charged $16 for the privilege, or about twice what it should have been. Disgusting and unacceptable. When I returned from my trip I spoke to a manager there and she essentially shrugged her shoulders shoulders and said “ well, it’s gluten-free bread. If you can’t make a sandwich with gluten-free bread that actually is a sandwich and not a sandwich crumble, don’t sell it and certainly don’t sell it for extortionate prices.

Watched multiple people (including myself) not get there beers for a while because there tap were shooting nothing but foam. Bartender was topping off beers by filling the shaker glass and pouring them into the beer. Very strange

I guess this is convenience - but for whom? You download the menu via your phone. You look at the menu without assistance so don’t bother to ask questions, I.e., can I substitute the potatoes? Place your order and pay via credit card. Then wait. You’ll get what you get. Don’t expect it to be hot. The toast and bacon - cold. Coffee - cold. Yes you can ask for help IF you can find someone to help and who cares. I forgot to mention: You don’t save money here. It’s just as costly as any full service “restaurant”.

A delicious breakfast and coffee. There were plenty of seats. This restaurant is located in Terminal C, by Gates 81 through 85B. And, the only restaurant open really early in the morning. Great staff. Sit at the bar area and scan your QR code and order, and pay, your food comes out really quick. Make sure you have a QR scanner on your phone.

Dark, noisy, crowded, pub atmosphere in LaGuardia terminal. Obtrusive tabletop touch screens filled with advertising offers automated ordering. Food is delivered under banquet covers from nearby kitchen. Drinks prepared and served at bar in restaurant, in small glasses. Prices are astonishingly high, easily twice those in Atlanta airport, for example. Burgers are $30. Each. One burger was OK, the other quite good, but no mayo, onion, mustard, pickle. Just lettuce and tomato. Cheese is extra. Included fries were small, broken pieces, crispy but greasy. Small ketchup serving provided. Soft drinks $4.95. No one checked back on food quality or refills. There is a service request icon on the touchscreen. Overall, an impersonal, expensive and less than pleasant experience that could easily be avoided by paying attention to Tripadvisor reviews. I assume management is aware of their issues and could care less, as previous reviews for preceding years noted virtually identical complaints. Avoid avoid avoid.

This restaurant is not worth to eat, it’s very expensive and the food is not too good, not really tasty. I ordered a sandwich with only ham and cheese with a small portion off a side salad and a bottle of water. My son ordered a bacon with avocado sandwich and ice coffee. I paid almost $60 for two sandwiches, water and coffee. Because of the price and food not that good, I won’t recommend it.

My final meal in NY was at this restaurant. Wow the food was great and the service was amazing. The staff were very friendly and my food was out within 15 minutes of my order. Highly recommend.
