Nice place to hang out and play ping pong or pool but I’d recommend bring your own ping pong rackets because theirs are pretty basic.

we weren’t greeted when we walked in even when we approached the man at the front he avoided eye contact, very weird and disrespectful. he also didn’t explain the prices it felt like he just wanted us to get out of his face. the server however was very kind and attentive. the food was surprisingly good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. The worker was on the phone while assisting us and responded rudely whenever we asked questions. The tone and attitude made my friends and I feel judged and unwelcome, as if we weren’t taken seriously as customers. Respect and basic courtesy go a long way, and this was lacking here.

Overcharged and disappointing experience. We went in to play pool and were charged far more than expected, with no clear explanation of the pricing upfront. The staff didn’t clearly explain the rates, and by the time we realized what was happening, the bill was already inflated.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least be transparent about it. This felt misleading and left a bad taste at the end of what was supposed to be a casual night out. There are plenty of places to play pool in NYC—this one isn’t worth it if you don’t want surprise charges.

I Came here and the guy in the front dest had the worst attitude ive ever encountered. Didn’t even say hello just said 8 people infront of U then gave a ticket my friend said she called in to make reservation he laughed and said well u didn’t make it fast enough with an attitude then stared at us really bad don’t come here!!!!!

A little expensive they charge by the person not by the table,charge gratuity for the table and waitress always wants close the bill early so she can go to another section so we can get another waitress and have to tip again

I had a group of 12 on Black Friday celebrating 14th Bday. We played pool, table tennis and the arcade. We also ate and had an awesome time. The wings and pizza was a hit. The man that greeted me took care of us and he was awesome. Sorry I didn't get your name.

The manager is so bad and they are very unprofessional. The pool price is ridiculously expensive and they charged us more than actual price. So be careful and don’t get caught in their trap and scam. They charge u tax but the bill is given in this form.

The place was great, had a fun time and got a pitcher of blue moon which was delicious. Good atmosphere and the music was good as well.
