Caffe Bene has great food! Very delicious! I had the vegan mushroom bowl which was excellent! The staff are very polite but very slow service. I don't mind, I am retired. I appreciate the air conditioning on hot days, but there were 2 women here yesterday who were very upset that the service was slow. I don't want to see another business go under in Jackson Hgts. Please do something about this thanks

I love this place! They have delicious quick breakfasts. The coffee is not very tasty but if you like tea and want to sit warmly, this place is worth your attention

What a Shame on the costumer service , i asked for a simple smoothie, strawberry, banana and milk with no sugar no ice , and i was given a smoothie with Orange juice when i never asked for it , and the lady on the counter didn’t go to my smoothie , she’s just taking orders , and can’t even take a simple order like that and avoid people to lose their time ? Won’t be coming back

I absolutely love the Matcha latte. It was very sweet rich and creamy most of the time wherever I go get Matcha it is very better and flaky, but this is the first time I ever found a coffee shop. That is amazing.

The service is ao bad. The girl in the front, she did not even listen to me and the cupcakes were over there for more than a week and it had fungus on it. She started making her where the food was. The service is so bad. She was so rude.
