This place has gross food. All the food tastes like it was frozen and then thawed. It’s esthetically pleasing, which draws people in but it does not live up to the standards of a neighborhood with the best food in the city. It’s totally disappointing. Everything takes way longer than it should. I wish it was replaced by an authentic restaurant more fitting for the neighborhood

I after checking around for places to have lunch I finally decided to give this place a try...I wish I didn't, I ordered a turkey sandwich, and it took them about 10 minutes to get it done, not bad right? When I got my sandwich it was literally a sliver of turkey with sketchy lettuce and cheese...how much was that? $13, I would not mind paying that for a sandwich if it was at least presentable. The one thing was was up to part was the toastes bread. FOOD: to be fair, food in the refrigerator does look decent and appetizing, even prices are better. SERVICE: dull Atmosphere: decent, with some light music and the place could scale up.

Service is was soooo bad. cashier girl had the worst attitude and rolled her eyes, barely even answered when I asked her questions. the only good thing was the empanada. really thin, flaky crust 👍🏻
Very good food. They have many items on their menu and very reasonably priced. This is my husband's to go to spot. They do have seating and a restroom. They have pre-made sandwiches, salads, snacks etc. But also hot and cold food on the menu.

The girls who work here are very rude. The cashier always gives me dirty looks and doesn't give any menu recommendations. She just pushes things and can't even smile. They're unprofessional and rude. They talk amongst themselves and then turn to look at the customer to laugh.

Usually order takeout here delivered to my house, today my mom wanted a smoothie so I took the chance to go in. Ordered a mango passion smoothie, didn’t have any. Ordered a berry smoothie and my usual nutella BOWL. I wait a while for my order, nothing. Finally get it and it’s two smoothies. I tell the lady handing me the drinks that I ordered one smoothie, one bowl, no she tells me she heard me say I asked for 2 smoothies one nutella smoothie, now I don’t know if Im crazy but I asked for a nutella bowl, I tried to justify myself she said I asked for this now maybe I did, but I left unhappy with my drink, tastes good but not what I asked for.

Caffe Bene has great food! Very delicious! I had the vegan mushroom bowl which was excellent! The staff are very polite but very slow service. I don't mind, I am retired. I appreciate the air conditioning on hot days, but there were 2 women here yesterday who were very upset that the service was slow. I don't want to see another business go under in Jackson Hgts. Please do something about this thanks
