The cake is ok, we always buy there and this time we ordered something small but personalized. It costs 120 and I understand that everything has become more expensive. The thing was that when it was time to pick it up I saw that they no longer put the loop to be able to hold it. I live in NJ and I went to NYC because we really love the taste, I asked him if I could have something to hold it because it was going to be really complicated to move, and he said NO and just jumped in. I will not buy from this place again
I bought three slices of cake and wanted to change the flavor of one of them, but the cashier didn't want to make any changes because she claimed that I had already crossed the exit door. Bad service. I am a frequent customer and I don't plan to return to that location. It is bad service and I am going to tell my other acquaintances not to return to that store.

What an unpleasant experience I had today when buying a cake, the woman who served me was very rude and unpleasant towards me, I asked her for a blackberry and cheese cake and she denied it telling me that all she had in the refrigerator were all the cakes I had, I was just watching how they were unloading the delivery of cakes that arrived at the store, he was not kind enough to check the flavor that I asked for, he immediately served another customer in a very friendly manner and went to get him a fresh cake in the back, however the one that sold me didn't seem fresh, and his attitude was so mediocre and he shouldn't be providing customer service with the trashy attitude he gives. I always buy cakes at capi, but with people like that I regret going.

Today I went to make changes to a cake that I ordered and definitely the attitude of the girl, very bad, bad service, gets upset because you make changes, when previously when I placed my order they clearly told me that changes can be made until a certain date that they say and that I made… And the cakes were very good, good flavor, excellent.

Made a horrible choice coming here. Expected to receive a cake in a similar design that I discussed with the lady at the counter at Capy’s. We talked about every detail, from the design of the flower and color! To the flavor and where the name would be placed. Even paid the full amount right then and there ( my mistake ). They made an error in the color of the flowers. It was suppose to be beige but they left it as purple. And the cherry on top after i paid and placed 5 days in advance. They called me the same day i placed the order and said they undercharged me. But i said its fine ill pay. Expected that the person would write every detail i said but it came out to be just wrong. Would not come back here. And i would just share my experience so others can decide whether to come here or go somewhere that would be meticulous in a customers order.

The cake itself is not that bad, however the quality has definitely decreased. The service is terrible. I traveled from Long Island to buy a cake for a birthday and they packed it without a cover into a box. When I called to complain that the cake had no cover and was dripping, the lady who answered said that it was on us bc we needed to let them know we needed a cover. I explained to her how they should tell the customers if they want a cover before packing because people who come in don’t know you’re supposed to ask for a cover, but she just responded telling us that we should be the ones asking if we need a cover. She was very rude. So make sure if you go to this location you will ask for a cover because they will not provide it for you. The juice from the cake spilled all over my pants and I had to open the box to make sure the cake was fine and try to prevent it from spilling anymore.

I went to buy a cake and it seemed like it was already days away
According to 3 milks and it seemed like there were 2 milks, everything was dry and the taste no longer felt good.
Once I place a small wedding cake ? and I only add is the sign LOVE ? ❤️ and glittery hearts to the decorations. One we shared the cake it was moist and spongy and not overly sweet. It was a great hit on the small gathering. Thank you for your service and hope you can do more custom items.
