Made a horrible choice coming here. Expected to receive a cake in a similar design that I discussed with the lady at the counter at Capy’s. We talked about every detail, from the design of the flower and color! To the flavor and where the name would be placed. Even paid the full amount right then and there ( my mistake ). They made an error in the color of the flowers. It was suppose to be beige but they left it as purple. And the cherry on top after i paid and placed 5 days in advance. They called me the same day i placed the order and said they undercharged me. But i said its fine ill pay. Expected that the person would write every detail i said but it came out to be just wrong. Would not come back here. And i would just share my experience so others can decide whether to come here or go somewhere that would be meticulous in a customers order.

The cake itself is not that bad, however the quality has definitely decreased. The service is terrible. I traveled from Long Island to buy a cake for a birthday and they packed it without a cover into a box. When I called to complain that the cake had no cover and was dripping, the lady who answered said that it was on us bc we needed to let them know we needed a cover. I explained to her how they should tell the customers if they want a cover before packing because people who come in don’t know you’re supposed to ask for a cover, but she just responded telling us that we should be the ones asking if we need a cover. She was very rude. So make sure if you go to this location you will ask for a cover because they will not provide it for you. The juice from the cake spilled all over my pants and I had to open the box to make sure the cake was fine and try to prevent it from spilling anymore.

I discovered tres leche cake after my manager made some. Ever since discovering tres leche cake, I've been on the hunt for one that's just as delicious. Capy makes a light tres leche cake that has a good balance of fluffiness, moisture and sweetness. I got the pina colada tres leche slice for $5.50. It was real delicious.

Once I place a small wedding cake ? and I only add is the sign LOVE ? ❤️ and glittery hearts to the decorations. One we shared the cake it was moist and spongy and not overly sweet. It was a great hit on the small gathering. Thank you for your service and hope you can do more custom items.

Second time at this shop, first time I felt like people working there won’t give you enough detailed info of the cakes displayed. Now on my second time, they wouldn’t sell me a piece of cake cause I literally had forgotten my mask at home, I had my vaccine card with me, it’s unfortunate to see how rude they are with others too.

Terrible customer service. The Cakes there are not cheap and sometimes tend to be dry therefore when going there I also like to check for the cake I like. The employees there have zero ethics for the business they laugh and make fun of the customers. Had a terrible experience and I am I regular customer there. Probably time to switch to a different location because going there I don't feel welcome and comfortable.
