For a company is very populated have so many rules about certain drinks. Asked for a Thai milk tea which is known as a seasonal drink & when i go in, they say not selling that right now… “later” they are… that’s frustrating especially traveling from a far. You guys need to do better with your workers to have a better schedule… cause it seems like the workers don’t know how to make certain drinks. Maybe later he’s waiting for another worker to come in and make it. That’s insane. Hire people who are willing to work.
I’m a big fan of Coco in Flushing, so I came here expecting the same quality. Instead, I got a drink that looked like expired mango syrup and tasted just as bad. When I politely mentioned it, they served me a side of attitude instead of a proper replacement. If you’re into bad vibes and worse bubble tea, this is your spot.
Yesterday I was disappointed with the service, I came in at 7ish and noticed that they were getting ready to close even though they close at 9. Anyways, as soon as we entered the young lady In the photo shouted out with an attitude that the store was out of tapioca even though there was clearly tapioca but whatever we still ordered because we wanted coco. I’m not sure if by us staying made her upset but she ended up making our drinks with an attitude that was visible and made them very wrong. I ordered a taro milk tea with 70 of sugar, that taro milk tea was with more than 100 of sugar because it was way way too sweet to even drink from it (it looked very purple), I asked for lactose whole milk and she gave me regular which caused me a horrible stomach pain. Whoever this young lady is needs to take a safety food course because giving me regular milk when I’m lactose intolerant was very irresponsible, plus it’s an extra .69 cents for it. I always come here and love it but yesterday was not it :/.
I love the Coco in Flushing. This one used to be good years ago. Lately it has consistently disappointed me. There regular milk, tea taste mostly like milk and sugar, and barely any tea in it. I like my black tea to be a little assertive and smell like tea at least a little.
Never been there
The staff is the best

It is a cold day, and I looking for a warm milk tea around this area and I found a coco tea and get to try a special jasmine milk tea. It was so good. And Banesa is making drink for me today. She is so sweet. I recommend coco tea on this location. 😍
I LOVE COCOS!!!!
This CoCo location is my GO TO BUBBLE TEA SHOP! Even with all the other spots in the area, nothing matches the warm, friendly customer service found here. The toppings are always fresh. The boba is always boba-ing. And they remember my order and make it perfectly every single time. I couldn't ask for more. Adding a couple of seats for customers would make this place INCREDIBLE.
Great place and drinks, staff is very friendly.
always a great place, quick service & delicious drinks!
