Unfortunately this place has lost it's touch. I ordered to go, really looking forward to getting home. The beans were hard and watery, the steak was bland, the eggs were overcooked, and like every Latino know, you can't wrong with tostones and white rice, which were the only 2 items that were ok. The staff was nice, I explained to them I was there years ago and it was authentic and delicious! But no bueno today, RIP Bandeja paisa.

Better call it bad things. A smaller and flavorless Churrasco even needed salt. My partner ordered a typical tray but the Chicharrón was hard and dry, not what it should be. The waitress disappears for a long time and does not serve us well and they want a tip. They were good in 2012 but now I have never seen the owner wake up and pay attention to the cooks and waitresses who are the ones who give the business money.

During a horrible family outing to show our visiting relatives around, we decided to treat them to a popular restaurant. However, our experience quickly turned sour as we waited impatiently for 15 minutes just to be seated, despite having a disabled family member who couldn't stand for long and made an effort to stand . Once seated, the lack of attention from the staff left us feeling ignored and disheartened. Frustrated and disappointed by the wasted time and poor service, we quietly left the restaurant, feeling disgusted by the entire experience.

I can't believe that at this point they charge for paying by card. With the level of sales they have and they charge the commission to the Clients. Definitely very Latin owned. This is horrible. It is repeated in the area! Filling our pockets at the expense of charging by card in a world where everything is digital now.The attention is great. The food is good.

This place was great 10-15 years ago; It seemed so new and all. Now the decoration, the menu and ambiance are dated and dusty. The food is underwhelming and very expensive. BE AWARE: If you’re paying with debit or credit charge, they charge an extra 4% for banking fees and transactions.
