I had worst experience of my life there. The lady who was doing night shift there was really arrogant and not hospitable at all and was biased and gave special preferences to American customers. Food quality also drastically worsened tasteless and too much waiting time and very less staff was there . I think the new management should take serious steps and train there staff how to treat all customers equally . Before around last year the place the food was too good but now after a year I regret visiting it.

I the dal mahkni was the best I’ve ever had it was the first time for me trying pani puri and it was great. The staff was attentive and polite. The drink wasn’t too sweet. Will visit again.

We have been going to Dosa Delight for many years in Jackson heights. Food is delicious, and service has def improved. I recommend reservation in advance for bigger groups, else you might end up waiting in line on some days. I wish, they would fix the flattened sofas soon.

Have had a number of meals here that were pretty good and enjoyable. I was disappointed when I dined here last week. Food was not up to par, and we had to wait a while to get the check even though the place was emptying out. When I did get the check I paid on my phone using the QR code on the tab so we could leave as we were already late. No big deal so far, anyplace could have an off night. But what happened next was over the top. The manager at the register stops me as if I did not pay, and makes me wait to validate it when I told her I paid on line via the QR code she provided me. Horrible experience and won't be back.
