This Dunkin is perfectly fine. They have everything you’d expect. Some coffee, some donuts. They don’t have a public restroom, but that’s kind of expected in New York.The coffee is about what you’d expect. It’s extremely sweet, and heavy on the milk. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it.It isn’t my favorite, but gets the job done.

The cashier could not understand us. I scanned my Apple Pay and I got charged but she kept saying it was declined even though I showed her the notification of when it got approved. I payed for my coffee and donut but she did not give it to me. I’m very angry considering I got scammed. With all respect she did not understand English after I kept explaining the situation, it’s like she couldn’t understand.

The staff is nice but the food quality sucks. The bread they use for English muffins is so hard that you can barely chew it, and this is my experience from ordering it several times. It must be some old bread that they use. Be careful!

The manager is vary rude to his employees, screams a lot. I ordered a coffee and sat there for 10mins, this whole time he screamed a lot that I had to leave the place.

Went there Sunday morning and ordered a iced latte. I told the guy no whipped cream when he charged me then he makes my iced latte and tells me he put a little bit of whipped cream and I told him “I said no whipped cream” so instead of making me a new iced latte like he should of he takes out the whipped cream from the iced latte and the ice was all melted and my iced latte tasted watery. NEVER AGAIN and luckily my drink was free from my rewards but still!!!!
