This morning, i bought a cold drink. I asked nicely to the girl who worked in there for sleeves for my drink., she just replied rudely that “SLEEVES R ONLY FOR HOT DRINKS” Normally staff doesnt put sleeve on the cold drink, i understand this part. But when the customer requests the sleeve, they should give it to them. All the cafe does this. Why DUNKIN has a rule even though customers request for sleeves, they dont give out.? Poor customer service.
Plus i put the vanilla in drink when i ordered, but i didn’t taste of vanilla at all.
POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
But the place is clean.

My wife and I were craving some coffee, so we stopped into this Dunkin’—and I’m so glad we did. We were taken care of by Anna, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our coffees were perfect. My wife loved hers so much that I ended up ordering the same drink, just iced.
I originally ordered a croissant with my bacon, egg, and cheese but changed my mind and asked for a bagel instead. Anna quickly let the cook know, and the correction was handled with zero issues. The cook was incredibly kind as well and even greeted us with a big smile when handing over our food.
These two were a phenomenal team. Their outstanding customer service, kindness, and hospitality made our visit exceptional. They truly deserve to be recognized by the company.

Unprofessional. My order was for Boston creme and she still repeats the donut and still they put smth else in the order, smth they didn’t sell probably. Also, black coffee no sugar they put sugar. Not just today happens always if they don’t understand they can double check.
How is this acceptable? Gave me my coffee in a defective cup and lid, it got all over my pants and sweater as I was walking out. The worst part is that this it not the first time this happens. The ladies at counter are nice but come on out some attention to detail. There’s no reason for a paying customer to drink coffee out of a cup that looks this nasty.
