How is this acceptable? Gave me my coffee in a defective cup and lid, it got all over my pants and sweater as I was walking out. The worst part is that this it not the first time this happens. The ladies at counter are nice but come on out some attention to detail. There’s no reason for a paying customer to drink coffee out of a cup that looks this nasty.

I haven't gone to this dd in a long time unless absolutely have to. Reason being because ever since I moved to this area I would go for my morning dd and at minimum be there 30 mins to an hour just waiting to order and forever waiting on the order to be ready. The wait I could never understand because there could be 2 people ahead of me and still long wait. The employees for the most part are nice, some have some nasty attitudes but my pet peeve is waiting n not really seeing a clear reason for the wait and the bagels are dry and hard as well as the doughnuts, good luck. I am a block away from this location but always walk down to 74th and Roosevelt or 76th n 37th Ave, cuz everything is fresher n better service.

She is the sweetest. I ask her why the prices of the water were so high and her explanation made sense. She look Hawaiian or Chinese. Well the point is nowdays is not easy to find this courtesy. ?

The disgusting animals who fought with me multiple times in one attempt to place an order at this location owe me my 200 dunkin rewards points and $1.09 back. Dunkin wrote wasteful and frivolous responses in response to my BBB complaint against them so now I have to take further steps.

I'm posting this for Dunking Donuts on 81 street Roosevelt ave..next to 82nd 7 line train stop. I just don't know what happened there but if you have cavities one donut could easily fall inside. They are so tiny. Dunking Donuts used to be so chic back then and great to go to enjoy a snack but nowdays quality has gone down the drain and this has happened to many others Dunking Donuts. I guess it depends on who takes over managment to makes sure customers have 100% quality and satisfaction. To be able to do that you must have a successful mentality and really enjoy having your customers over.
