The place is terrible, dirty, not enough seating, and the staff are very rude and obnoxious!!!! My second time here and our orders are never what we request!!! Food is cold and drinks are not prepared right!! My wife handed back her frozen expresó because it wasn’t the original frozen expresso. It was just a plain ice coffe instead! The lady who prepares the drinks didn’t care and looked at my wife really dirty, then handed the sink back without fixing the issue. This could have escalate to a fight but instead, we walked away, never to return!!! These unethical staff members at this location should be replaced with a different class of people that care and have better social/customer skills!!!! This place is NASTY period!!!! Don’t go there!!!!

I wont want to rate and write a bad review on this DD because its my local dunkin i go to everytime i go to the supermarket. But its always this one lady that works is EXTREMELY RUDE. I never get myself to argue with her because i try to ignore her. But it got to a limit today and i told her firstable i know she didnt use almond milk in my coffee and i told her im not taking it to redo it… and i return the coffee and tells me to go throw that one out and i told her i wont because she had a trash back there. And as i told her i never have issues with the other workers its only with her and said it infront of her coworker. I don’t understand why she still there working. Manager seems to not care since their from the same nationality.

Horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE! lady always is rude, they don't smile, they use day old donuts, it's disgusting and horrible. They charge more for stuff than the muuuuuuch better one by the subway. Go there, NOT HERE.

Nothing much to add when it comes to Dunkin. The service was decent, food is good but the place may be too small for any proper accomodation. This place is more ideal for grabing your order and then be on your merry way.
Waited 10 minutes for just a cold brew and had attitude? And there was no customers in the store ?? And what do I get a cup full of ice

It's getting worse every time I go. Today and as always I ordered an avocado toast and bacon, it took about 5 minutes to prepare...there was no other order being processed. And not to mention how stingy they are on putting bacon...I could literally count the pieces of bacon. My previous visit, the lady that worked on the counter took about a minute to realize I was waiting to place an order. But because I had to say excuse me. She was having a conversation with the other employee. she gave me this rude look...when I said that wanted to place an order. I've read some other reviews here and mention a "lady" I wonder if it's the same lady. Whoever is in charge of this location, I hope you are reading all these reviews and have a conversation with your staff. Not good service and poor on making the orders.
Bangladeshi sales women behind the counter was extremely RUDE when she was asked to provide aextra napkins even though customer spent over $ 4.00 on a coffee which was occurred 3/18/24 around 5pm ? She was not happy to give out napkins while she was replied customer why do u need napkins ?? This was totally found inhospitable and unprofessional they have no right to have treatment with valuable patrons NO ONE SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED THIS DD AT ALL ????? DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR????????

I always go there, service was good but today I go in afternoon the lady(employ) has very rude behavior, how rudely she's taking.Customer has to right choose what they want because they pay for it.They don't go for free food. I'm very disappointed.
