The lady was changing garbage bin, I thought let me wait its ok she will come once she is done but guess what she went to clean table again and went to back not even saying hi can you please wait. I just left. This place is always rude. Don’t recommend.

I went to Dunkin' this morning (Wednesday, Dec 18) and asked for the free donut with drink purchase, as offered for Wednesdays. The older gentleman at the counter rudely said NO, claiming it must be an online order. This is completely false. I explained him that I've been to this location multiple times, and the lady baristas, who are very sweet, would simply scan the offer code from the Dunkin' app on my phone for in-store orders.
I even double-checked the terms in the Dunkin' app, which clearly state the offer is valid for both online and in-store orders. This employee’s attitude and refusal not only ruined my morning but also hurt Dunkin's reputation. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure customers are treated respectfully and policies are consistently followed.

I buy a chai latte and it is not hot also not sweet also tosted baggel the give me it toasted but cream cheese taste bad,
The place is terrible, dirty, not enough seating, and the staff are very rude and obnoxious!!!! My second time here and our orders are never what we request!!! Food is cold and drinks are not prepared right!! My wife handed back her frozen expresó because it wasn’t the original frozen expresso. It was just a plain ice coffe instead! The lady who prepares the drinks didn’t care and looked at my wife really dirty, then handed the sink back without fixing the issue. This could have escalate to a fight but instead, we walked away, never to return!!! These unethical staff members at this location should be replaced with a different class of people that care and have better social/customer skills!!!! This place is NASTY period!!!! Don’t go there!!!!

I wont want to rate and write a bad review on this DD because its my local dunkin i go to everytime i go to the supermarket. But its always this one lady that works is EXTREMELY RUDE. I never get myself to argue with her because i try to ignore her. But it got to a limit today and i told her firstable i know she didnt use almond milk in my coffee and i told her im not taking it to redo it… and i return the coffee and tells me to go throw that one out and i told her i wont because she had a trash back there. And as i told her i never have issues with the other workers its only with her and said it infront of her coworker. I don’t understand why she still there working. Manager seems to not care since their from the same nationality.
