The service Monday to Friday mornings is terrible. There's one man in particular who is rude and always gives me iced coffee when I usually ask for it without ice. I've tried to talk to him, but he's rude and doesn't respond.

I asked the one lady with the mean unibrow how I can redeem my points in the store and she had the nastiest attitude and basically yelled at me that she doesn't know how to use it.... this is unacceptable to have such uneducated and rude employees! Do better dunkin! 10/10 don't recommend!

Today, Thursday, September 11th, I arrived to buy and ordered a sandwich. The old woman who works there was brave and gave me a coffee without sugar. I asked for black coffee with milk on the side. When I asked for sugar, bravo. The bread, eggs, cheese, was cold, one side of the bread was burnt. I don't recommend eating here. Customer service was bad. If you weren't there, ask for free. It's better to buy dinner. The best service: Donkin' Donuts, garbage, bad service. Bad service

I wish I can give 0. We have been standing at the counter for may be 5 minutes. The lady was changing garbage bin, I thought let me wait its ok she will come once she is done but guess what she went to clean table again and went to back not even saying hi can you please wait. Do not go there we throw everything in a garbage, all donuts old and tested like cleaning products i don't know if they drop some on or it was be near
I went to Dunkin' this morning (Wednesday, Dec 18) and asked for the free donut with drink purchase, as offered for Wednesdays. The older gentleman at the counter rudely said NO, claiming it must be an online order. This is completely false. I explained him that I've been to this location multiple times, and the lady baristas, who are very sweet, would simply scan the offer code from the Dunkin' app on my phone for in-store orders.
I even double-checked the terms in the Dunkin' app, which clearly state the offer is valid for both online and in-store orders. This employee’s attitude and refusal not only ruined my morning but also hurt Dunkin's reputation. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure customers are treated respectfully and policies are consistently followed.

The place is terrible, dirty, not enough seating, and the staff are very rude and obnoxious!!!! My second time here and our orders are never what we request!!! Food is cold and drinks are not prepared right!! My wife handed back her frozen expresó because it wasn’t the original frozen expresso. It was just a plain ice coffe instead! The lady who prepares the drinks didn’t care and looked at my wife really dirty, then handed the sink back without fixing the issue. This could have escalate to a fight but instead, we walked away, never to return!!! These unethical staff members at this location should be replaced with a different class of people that care and have better social/customer skills!!!! This place is NASTY period!!!! Don’t go there!!!!
