Bangladeshi sales women behind the counter was extremely RUDE when she was asked to provide aextra napkins even though customer spent over $ 4.00 on a coffee which was occurred 3/18/24 around 5pm ? She was not happy to give out napkins while she was replied customer why do u need napkins ?? This was totally found inhospitable and unprofessional they have no right to have treatment with valuable patrons NO ONE SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED THIS DD AT ALL ????? DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR????????

I always go there, service was good but today I go in afternoon the lady(employ) has very rude behavior, how rudely she's taking.Customer has to right choose what they want because they pay for it.They don't go for free food. I'm very disappointed.

Quiet location, lots of seating and hardly anyone inside. Got an iced tea to and sat to charge my phone. Can't say anything in regards to the donuts since I'm not eating fatty food.

Paid $18 for 6 donuts and a medium coffee.I wouldn’t complain but the donuts are pretty small, not worth $2 each.Would never come back here and would not recommend.

Stale gross donuts. I bought half a dozen mixed donuts and not one was edible. Horribly stale. I had to throw them out. Goodbye $13! Stay away.

I work around the area so I’m there quite frequently. The ladies are always kind and do my order perfect and timely always. If you have such an issue with wait time which happens wherever you go… do a mobile order duhhhh.

The coffee was good and so was staff but today at so hot temperature there was no AC . This is horrible! It needs to be turned on if not for customer than at least for the staff working there. So pathetic to see this . Sorry for the staff working today .I hope owner sees this and take action .

Order is never correct and unfriendly service. Impossible to be satisfied even if your order is simple something will be wrong. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and a large latte with almond milk, no cream cheese on the bagel and the coffee was so diluted it made me write this review.

don’t even bother. if I could give it a 0/0 I would, they don’t apologize for wait time over ten minutes with only one car in front of you then rude at the window not to mention gets the order wrong every time!!! i’ve given them 5+ chances and i’m done for good. wish this place the best smh they need luck or better employees
