This restaurant must be reported. They do not have a handicap entrance which is illegal in the city of New York. My handicap father was discriminated against and they did not serve us. They will be reported to the attorney general office. Terrible experience.

They should fire the old woman, she treats people badly, she practically yells at the table to leave a tip in front of everyone, the lady with glasses who serves forces you to leave a tip all the time.

Since I ate here, I really want to come once a week, I was in love with the seasoning but today, February 8, I came and ordered takeout and the person who charged was so rude that he threw away the change. The person who is packing is so bitter that when I pack the food I suck on my teeth, and this I was waiting very calmly, I don't understand what the bitterness they had so much so instead of me complaining because they are so rude, one of them told me thank you, very kind, no. I know if it was because I didn't leave you a tip but I want to remind you that the tip is earned and you were rude I recommended this place to so many friends but I won't come back here

For years I have gone to this excellent meat restaurant, with a good reputation and even now that I am not alive I return and the first thing we do when I return with my friends is go eat a good barbecue and what was our tremendous surprise that the individual barbecue It doesn't have entrails. Logically, the entrails are an essential part of a barbecue, we were disappointed, and I asked and they told me that the owner took it out. Wow, tremendous mistake and to check if Gauchito did the same, we went yesterday with another group of friends and that I like that they do serve it at the barbecue. What a disappointment with you. One of my favorite restaurants for years. What failure or stinginess because even you have a higher price than Gauchito.
