I came back here after about 10 years and noticed a huge change in the quality of beef, sadly a downgrade. Everything else has remained the same (sides, bread, salads), the beef however is my main issue, I don't know what happened but it's not as good as it used to be. It is not bad but I wouldn't say it's good either.
For years I have gone to this excellent meat restaurant, with a good reputation and even now that I am not alive I return and the first thing we do when I return with my friends is go eat a good barbecue and what was our tremendous surprise that the individual barbecue It doesn't have entrails. The chivito al pan that I ordered was so good. The meat was tender and the rest of the food very fresh plus the french fries were awesome. The sandwich is very big and filling comes with a side of French fries that so delicious. Also the grilled meats parrillada is another great option and it's the house's specialty. They have very good wines and sangria. The portions are nice. Really worth overall experience is a ten! I love Chivito D'Oro.
