El Pollo Inka Peru

I’m giving a 1 star rating on the service here at the Northern Blvd location because the food was not the issue. The food is great!!! Anything you order will be great from the kitchen. However, I was disappointed with the service, it was not what I was used to. Our waitress who served us was terrible and she seemed too preoccupied with other things to pay attention to our table. Multiple times we had to get her attention. That was disappointing since I’m always going to the location in Forest Hills.

After dining here and paying with my card my card information was stolen and used to make multiple online purchases. Be careful!

The food was incredible, with generous portions and exceptional quality. The takeout time was slightly longer, but other than that, there were no complaints.

We order 1 lomo saltado, 1 tallarin a la huancaina, 1 fried calamari, 3 inca colas and 1 maracuya sour and chicha morada. Unfortunately, we had to take an uber back home because we werent feeling alright. Im writing this review in case you're taking a toddler to eat here... please DONT. We got food poisoning but thank god my kid didnt eat much other than just beef and chicha morada. On the other hand, my husband and me... just don't come.

The food was very delicious and it was a nice and cozy environment to eat at, i really recommend going here.

When are you (owner of the restaurant) going to get it together! The restaurant has had a grade pending rating for several months now, almost a year, or I think more. The pizzeria, a few stores down, Sam’s Pizza, had a bad grade and in 1-2 months they were able to turn it around. Why can’t Pollo Inka do the same? It makes me wonder if they’re even trying or do they enjoy being dirty.

Waitress very unfriendly ,rolling her eyes when we asked something ignore us we love the food here 2 yrs ago now is so different.

Online says they close at 11pm and the restaurant has an open sign but I went at 10:15pm and the doors were locked already. If you close at 10:15pm then say that.

When I walked in felt welcome came out from Boston,MA . I was pleased with this service and food.Recommed to my Peruvuin people out there. Trying to get some Peruvuin food.

Raw meat , unfriendly service by the staff , place has completely downs hills, used to be a frequent costumer , but after this experience today at 07/16/2025 , won’t be coming back anymore

Horrible food! Very disappointed. The lomo saltado was very salty due to the excess soy sauce The meat was hard and dry. The pollo a la brasa was flavorless. Had better food elsewhere. The waitstaff was not friendly at all. They stand around like they’re at a hangout and bothered if anyone calls them over.
