There’s an older guy who every time you call has an attitude. I placed my order and I asked him how much my total was and he told me he’d call me back in 20 min and just hung up. RUDE! 30 min later I get call from a different guy asking to confirm my order. Apparently the older guy never put it in! I asked him what the point was of taking my order if he never put it in, he said he had just gotten there to replace the older guy. Terrible service.. he just took my number, and waited to be replaced instead of doing his job. Pure laziness! I waited an additional hour to get my food after that. I hope he gets fired!

I will say food was not bad it was good. Pizza tastes good. Their service is horrible. I understand restaurants get pizza and empathy is important but over 2 hours to deliver 2 pies? I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant so this was disappointing. I get tipping is important but the driver asked “where is my tip”. Why would I want to tip when my food came over 2 hour. I just think that was ridiculous and that asking for a take out tip when service was awful and we ordered through Uber. Also this was on a weekday if this was on a weekend I would be more understanding.
Today I went to get my cheese pizza from here and later found out that the bottom layer of the crust was quite burnt because of that the pizza flavour was quite harsh for my mouth and didn’t taste as good as I expected it to be!!

I always order pizza by phone and I eat it instead. The guy with a bad attitude and in a rude manner wanted me to pay first and then eat, I told him in a polite way I always come here let me eat it and I will gladly pay you and he refused in a rude way

Great personal pan pizza and a bit pricey but well worth it since they have most any toppings you can imagine and other comfort foods. It's a local spot here in Jackson Heights and the first one in Elmhurst.

This is our go-to pizza place in our neighborhood and we can't say enough good things about it. The guys who work there are friendly and kind, the pizza is delicious, and the prices are reasonable (as are the portions). Our usuals are the hot pepper pizza (jalapeño) and salad - but the mozzarella sticks and garlic knots are also fantastic. We love this place and will continue to order from here regularly!
