I just ordered a mango avocado salad (10/8/24 at lunch time) for $12 , I received a VERY small side salad with NO avocado, total rip-off. I also ordered a mozzarella, tomato, and basil baguette that had one wilted leaf of basil. I spent $21 on lunch, and was left hungry. Very disappointing as this place has a nice menu, but the food is poorly prepared and they completely rip their customers off.

Very nice atmosphere. Good selection of food and drinks. Cold and unfriendly service. And if you’re a first-time visitor (like I was) remember that it’s cash only if less than a $7 purchase.

Went there to do work and eat. I asked the staff where I could find an outlet to charge my laptop. That's when they told me I can not work on my laptop while it's charging!! And after it was charged, I had to move to a certain table which is the only place people are allowed to work on their laptops. As my closed laptop was charging, another staff aggressively approached reminding me about the rules. Such ridiculous rules that I have never seen exist at any other coffee shop. Never going back again.

My final straw with them is the fact that they have a go fund me to raise money to buy the shop next door. Seems pretty evil to me. Asking your customers to fund your private business’s private expansion, with their own funds so someone who owns multiple businesses can make more money. Big slap in the face to customers and the community.
Their price increases are just out of control. They charge way too much for using alternative milk. Very inconsiderate as some folks can’t have milk due to dietary restrictions. I will not be going back after spending $21 on 3 of the smallest lattes available. Will be happy to go to one of the 100 other cafes in the area instead.
Dietary restrictions: Not friendly for folks with dietary restrictions, unless you are willing to pay a premium for it.

I was sitting outside drinking my coffee doing work on my computer on a perfect Saturday morning. I was there for about 30 minutes minding my own business when some guy walked up to me on the street (maybe he's a manager) and told me they have a no laptop rule on the weekends due to fear of people sitting there for too long. When I told him that people around me were on their phones and sitting there for longer periods with finished beverages he gave me a disgusted look and seemed to want me to leave. Never coming back again. Never heard of a cafe that doesnt allow laptops. Terrible.

A great coffee shop tucked away in Queens. Outdoor seating, plenty of indoor space, and a great cortado. Well worth it.

I've been here at my worst and my best, five-star cafe and they are still cool. I have been coming here for a few years now and my favorite spot to draw and get schoolwork done. Cool staff and friendly atmosphere.
