Excellent restaurant, I come here often, they have good prices, the food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. I love the soft music in the background,it really relaxes me. Today I had the tofu/vegetable dish with rice and amazing delicious salad with ginger dressing. I also drank iced jasmine green tea, also very delicious and refreshing. Thank You

This has been my go-to local sushi place ever since I was a kid, hands down best sushi in Jackson Heights. The atmosphere is so calm, the staff I’ve known for years now and they are the sweetest people, always very gentle and polite making your experience even more enjoyable. And last but not least, their sashimi and sushi rolls are always so fresh, very well prepared. They definitely know their stuff when it comes to Japanese food and I recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants to find a comforting spot to grab lunch or even dinner dates.

This is a smaller dine-in sushi place that has been around for at least 20 years. They have a handful of tables and despite its age, this place was renovated and is kept relatively clean. In terms of their food, this place is acceptable if you are not picky about your sushi. It is your standard Chinese run sushi place. The portion sizes are at least decent. The bento boxes are especially good value with a lot of meat and sides included. The waitstaff is friendly too. The sushi does taste a little bland though.

My favorite local spot for sushi. There is something so peaceful in the place that I can't even explain. The music, the lighting and the design makes you sit in calmness.I had many things from the menu and loved each thing.Parking: The area in general is hard to find parking.

I would’ve love to give this restaurant 5 stars but I simply could not. The food was fine wasn’t an issue at all. At the end of my meal as I began to take out money to pay for my lunch I saw a roach crawling on the high chair that my one year old was sitting in. I informed the hostess who could not find the bug but she didn’t seem to care much. I’m actually pretty upset because my child was exposed to this at a dinner table. I understand it’s Nyc and insects are everywhere but nobody wants to see a bug at their dinner table especially not crawling near their child. Disappointed !!

This is my go to neighborhood Japanese restaurant Somehow today was disappointing the sushi they made, lacked passion. It literally look like a ball of rice with chilled sliced fish on top. What happened????

I am so glad I found this sushi spot, their rolls really impressed me. Compared to other local spots, the regular rolls here are bigger and rolled very neatly. Fish is so fresh and delicious. My new favorite spot and go-to for lunch. The service and staff are also polite, kind, professional. I wish the sushi lunch special had more roll options but everything is delicious!

The happy kitchen is an awesome affordable Japanese cuisine option in the neighborhood. The menu provides a variety of dishes and foods to try that I enjoyed very much. Although, sometimes I feel that certain dishes can feel a bit plain and not very fresh. Overall, this is a great restaurant to eat at for any kind of occasion, affordable, and has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant was very welcoming to children and if I remember correctly, provided training chopsticks.
