The customer service is pretty horrible. Very disrespectful staff. Not recommend. You all might as well go to Merit Kabab around the corner!

ALERT! Ladies who work here are thieves. They charge twice. I would give a zero star if I could. They ask payment first and later when they call your token for food they say not paid. Worst experience!!! Never pay cash first and never go back. Very bad customer service. The women working here are thieves. I would give a zero star if I could. I went after @whitedudebrownfood posted about it in IG. He was 100% right, this place is amazing! I have been living in queens for ages and have never been here before. I have been missing out. Shoutout to the chef here. They know what’s up.

Best thing about this location is that it's literally right by the 7 train at the 74th Street Broadway stop. I didn't know about it until my friend N has brought me here to grab a quick bite and hop back on the train to be on our way. I see how busy it can get because of the convenience of the train being right next to the eatery. As for the service wise, don't get too offended if you don't get greeted by the staff. They're too busy anyway to greet anyone as there're always crowds of people lining up to pay and buy their food. I believe they accept both credit/debit card and/or cash. So, of course it can get a little hectic and rowdy. Additionally, there're always people trying to pass through in the narrowness of the pathway. Not much of an ambiance to say the least except that it's similar to a hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop kind of place. Now, just because the place isn't fancy doesn't mean you shouldn't stop by and check it out. Sometimes, these hole-in-the-wall eateries are actually the best places for food.Love their pulao aka butter rice (plain basmati rice cooked with coconut milk and herbs) - small one for $2-3. Tastes way better than the rice you cook at home because of its aroma when you first open the lid of the container. Good to eat on its own or if you have a little curry to mix it with. The rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked, with a subtle hint of spices. Flavors were well-balanced and aromatic, making it a satisfying and comforting meal even if you're just eating the rice alone especially on a cold day in the winter....it's great to get something hot in your system.Fried Vegetable Rolls: Blown away by these simple-looking fried finger foods but packed with variety of flavors. The rolls were filled with a delightful mix of crunchy vegetables, then fried to a golden crispy perfection. The outside was satisfyingly crunchy, while the inside remained fresh and flavorful. A definite must-try for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying veggie option!Vegetable Samosas: Wow! The fried vegetable samosas have exceeded my expectations! Crispy, flavorful, and packed with a delightful mix of spiced veggies like diced potatoes. Each bite was a perfect balance of textures and flavors. These samosas stole the show - a must-order for anyone visiting Ittadi Garden and Grill! Will definitely go back to try its tandoori chicken legs, goat curry and definitely the jalebi - a very popular Bangladeshi type of sweet made out of deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes. They're then soaked in sugar syrup afterwards. I'm impressed of how delicious everything looks through the glass display window. Jalebis are small, bright yellow, web-shaped cakes similar to funnel cakes. They are popular celebration and street cakes mainly in Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan. My friend said they taste good on their own or with a glass of warm milk. * Super Affordable, Budget-Friendly wise * Literally right by the Subway * Everything looks so scrumptious! * Popular eatery with locals in the neighborhood. * Opens late, so pop in if you're ever in the area.

Wow! This place is great. I've been coming here for years, but never took the time to write a review. If you're looking to get your Bangladeshi fix, there's no place better in Jackson Heights.Food (5/5): Everything is great here. We got an assortment of food from borthas (where are tasty, but spicy, and come with in great varieties) to kebabs to fish and chicken roast. I'm Bangladeshi American, and even for me this place ranks high.Ambiance (4/5): For Jackson Heights, this place is clean, well kept, and open with plenty of seating. The seating is comfortable and will accommodate any party sizeService (5/5): It's very informal here. We just flagged a staff member and started ordering. They're very good about keeping orders and items on track. Food came promptly.Overall, would recommend this place for sure and I know I'll be back!
