Enjoyed my Smokehouse BBQ Deluxe Burger today. The coffee was nice and strong too. The server, Lindsay was hospitable.

We came across this place by chance after returning from a recent trip from Jackson Hole, WY. The positive reviews and catchy name drew us in, so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. While the mini jukeboxes at the tables were a fun touch, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress appeared disengaged, spending much of her time on her phone and seeming to struggle with basic communication. We had to ask another server to have our waitress clear our table. Though she passed along the message, our waitress simply brushed it off, leaving another server — who wasn’t even assigned to us — to handle it. The food arrived quickly, which we appreciated, but it lacked flavor and fell flat. We also ordered a sundae that was supposed to include chocolate cake, but it barely had any. When we mentioned this to the cashier, it was met with indifference. They also accept cash only. Between the bland food and poor customer service, we don’t plan on returning.

The most wonderful food and atmosphere! Great service and a really great "pick-me-up" for a brunch. Yummy salads, eggs and dollar pancakes (with real maple syrup) and enthusiastic and helpful waiting staff ! LOVED IT

Amazing place. Traditional restaurant, location of some classic movies. Good food, big dishes. Definitely a must see place near LA Guardia Airport

I placed an order at 5:50 pm for 8 burgers with four different sides and was given the price at $155. They took my name down and number and said they’ll call me when it’s ready. I showed up to pick it up and they gave my order away to another customer. They took no accountability for it and did not care that this was a mistake on their part. They switched up their story multiple times and it’s my birthday and I expressed that they didn’t ask for the name but gave it to a random person who claimed it. Very rude and irritating. DON’T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO ARGUE WITH MANAGEMENT OVER SOMETHING THAT IS THEIR FAULT. I had to wait way more time for my food to be ready. They not understanding and should be out of business. There’s better burger diners all around New York for cheaper prices.

Go to spot for American breakfast. It’s usually very busy which is understandable. Portions are big perfect for family. I love the kids menu.

Place will bring you back to the good times. Where they treat you like family and the food is always plentiful plus it tastes great. Ambience like the old diners with juke box at the tables. Highly recommended you will absolutely love the place.

Ok, the burgers are still reminiscent of my youth, the prices are not, but that is what it is. Sadly, with the cash only policy, I can never return, which is sad, I can't even bring business clients here, net loss.
