My go to breakfast place for years. Today for breakfast my smoked salmon was rancid, went in the trash.
Called to complain. The gentleman who answered was unprofessional and refused a new order!

I came in to eat with my service dog and boyfriend and was denied access by the older man who would not give me his name. He was identified as Anthony the owner by his employees. I explained my disability and showed Toby's service dog ID. He said that he did not care and my boyfriend proceeded to read the card saying that it is a federal offense to deny us entry because I showed documents proving Toby is a service dog.
