Ordered delivery and specifically stated low salt and sauce on the side for the Moo Bowl. Instead the put the wrong sauce in the dish, it was saltier than ever, and when I reached out, proceeded to argue without trying to resolve the matter.

Great story to tell, it sounds funny but is real. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed every bit of it, I ordered toston soup with ribs and rice with salad. When the food was delivered to the table I was disappointed that I did not found the ribs, so I asked the waiter and she said it is inside the soup. In the second photo you can see the amount of meat I got. Very disappointed about that.

I've been a customer here since it opened about 11 years ago. I love the food and so essential to offer healthy food for people in Queens. BUT PLEASE, add the option of ordering extra sauces for the salads on Uber Eats. I understand trying to save money but one tiny little sauce cup is NOT enough for the salad. My salad is soooo dry it doesn't coat barely anything. I'd pay $5 for the extra JustMade4U sauce just for one salad.

worse than imagine, i asked to change my brown rice to white rice???? never they did, i asked this type of change that is so simple?? i can't understand why they react in this way??? not nice with customer. never buy again here people this is not nice. i see that you never sold in the past 14 years the white rice, i asked in the app as my comments. what you must do is at least to call me and say Sir, we don't work with white rice, I'm sorry, do you still keep your order? i think this is the minimum to do. but like you reply to me neither an i'm sorry.

The quality has changed so much. I’m not sure if it’s new management or different staff, but this place is definitely not what it used to be. They no longer serve the original bread pudding, now they give you some kind of French-toast squares, which is completely different. A lot of the dishes they used to offer are gone, too.
On top of that, I ordered a skirt steak and it came out burned. I used to love this place, but not anymore. And considering the prices, they really need to pay attention to the quality and be honest with customers. If the bread pudding isn’t the same, say it, don’t let people expect one thing and serve something completely different.

I had a terrible experience at that place today. I don't understand how they can hire people like that. The woman who served me had awful breath, looked unkempt, and clearly didn't want to work. She looked disgusting. The food was delicious, but the juice was awful. A terrible place. I recommend that if you have the chance, don't go.

I had missed the pleasant satisfaction I had on Thursday in this beautiful restaurant, I entered for the first time their spectacular food, I am not one to be rating the places where I frequently visit, but the quality of the people who attend is excellent, the young woman who attended me super happy friendly, until she asked me how I was, almost no one does it in these times, I do not remember her name well but I know that she has a Colombian accent and her name is almost the same as Valentin or Vanessa, you who treated me as if I were the most Special of the world that God opens all the paths of glory and blessings for your life, and to the hard ones of this beautiful place that continues to bless people like this! I will eat again every Thursday, every day! Blessings
