They provide very poor customer service and falsely claim to be a Pakistani restaurant. The service is extremely slow; I waited 20 minutes for food that was left in the middle of the table. Additionally, one staff member was rude instead of apologizing for the delay.

I just ordered takeout of goat pulao, and this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this place. They often sell stale food. I got home to Long Island around 1:46 AM, warmed up the food, and it was horrible. It smelled and tasted bad. I wish I could leave a negative review for this place. I will never be returning!
Best authentic Bengali food. It was my first time here and I’ll definitely back. We got the chicken kababs, tandoori chicken, & naan. 10/10

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it got ruined. The server was too late to take the order. Plates were dirty but still we didn’t complain. But when they overcharged! $10 more they said they charged extra because they didn’t update the menu book which is simply unprofessional. Instead of refund the cashier asked ' Would you like to say anything?' And we didn’t get our refund. So ask about the pricing before placing the order! Which is kind of scam!
