I just saw their matcha series drinks and had to try them out!!! Got the mango matcha cream (less ice, 50% sugar with boba topping) and let me tell you I LOVE IT!!! Well balanced flavor, matcha or mango was not overpowering. Found a great drink after a while.

I appreciate this location! I've been satisfied with the tea, and the worker kindly refilled my water bottle at my request. It was a hot day, and he gave me deliciously cold water!

The area itself is a little busy, so I'd recommend ordering on the app that way there is no discrepancy between what you get and what you pay for (as others have gotten). The employees are very kind and take their time to make your drink well if you do order in person.
Horrible service and very very rude, I told the lady that I wasn’t able to hear her as the train was passing and she called on the next customer without taking my order. Ruined my day.

This company is very rude and disrespectful and they are also liars. My experience at this location the first time was ok , but the second time the workers were very rude and dismissed me and did not help me out when I asked a simple questions, one of the workers also put their hands on me, this location needs to be be shut down, they lie to their customers and dont do their job properly.

Horrible service. Rude lady taking orders was talking behind my back as if i couldn’t hear her or understand mandarin. Simply asked for little sugar and started acting as if it was no such thing and starting laughing at my face.

1 star bc when I asked for the flavor she said yes and then she came back and said that she didn't have thatso I got brown sugar and she put barely any syrup and it took a while to get and then I asked for extra Boba and I got no extra Boba but got charged for it
