Good food, but the employees should have some type of customer service training, the two girls who serve are not very friendly, additionally the bathroom is not in use most of the time for customers.

I've been going to colombian bakeries for about 20 years and this is the one is a straight up joke with the hot drinks and empanadas. The empanadas tasted terrible like some kind of old meat or they just went bad and the hot chocolate I got tasted like hot water with cocoa beans. Truly disappointing but at least it didn't cost an arm and a leg...

Yaris the best. He makes the best cholaos in New York if you want. Remember your traditional flavors come to this place.

I tris this place one more time... 16.88 for a lunch... the price is ok bu the food not worth 5 dollars... burnt chicharon... cooked in burnt oil... and only fat... it's It is a lack of respect for the customer to serve that food if it were free I understand but with those prices they must serve a good meal

The girls are rude, especially a cute white girl of about 45 years old is rude and they serve you as if they didn't want to sell you the product and how good it is, they should implement more costumer service training

I love this little bakery across the stress from my job. When I'm in a rush and want to get a coffee and a small bite to eat; I stop by this Colombian bakery. Their coffee is always fresh and strong and their baked goods are baked fresh. I especially like their croissants and arepas de choclo. Their baked spinach and chicken empanadas are always very tasty. They also serve lunch special that vary everyday. They serve rice, a type of protein, potato, salad and a side a soup. It is usually $13-14. Not all the meals are good tho, but their lentil soup is usually very tasty. The bakery is aesthetically not that nice but it is clean. The staff is usually very friendly and welcoming.

Loved how authentic this Colombian bakery is. Hola he customer service is fantastic i was treated like family and served very quickly. The prices are very fair for $10.50 i was able to enjoy two different empanada, a cheese bread and a Colombian soda. Between the two empanadas I'd have to say the chicken one is my favorite The green sauce compliments the empanadas perfectly. Great place to grab a bite and go on busy days.
