the girl waiter took 15 minutes to handle me a receipt, ridiculously slow

Ordered a hornado plate and was sick for days after. Was skeptical before buying as it looked like the food was sitting there all day, when they gave me the rice it was all hard and crusted from how old it was. I powered through it and ate it anyway. Everything just tasted old and their pizza was stone cold and barely had any sauce. Cashier was some blonde short girl that was extremely rude. Never going back to this dump.

I recently tried the pernil from this spot, and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The crispy skin added the perfect touch. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone craving great pernil and a great dining experience!

Service does not come with a smile but huge attitude from this short blondish cashier.

I found a piece of blue plastic in the salad I ordered. I told the waitress and she didn't like it at all and I doubt it. The prices are too high for the quality of food they offer. I always get the pernil here, the skin is always crispy and the flavor is on point, get the white sauce on the side and put a little on your rice, its amazing. I have not tried the pizza here but the hot food buffet is

The worst experience I have ever had, the staff is very inattentive and the food leaves a lot to be desired. Besides, the cost of food is too expensive. A lunch for two people was $50!!!! And be careful that they charge the tip as a “service” without warning, which I imagine causes people to leave double tips for such bad service!

Becareful when buy with them and ask the receipt.The owner guy charge my to go soup small size $7.95.I always order they charge me $6.95.I am your regular customer. Don't be greedy as owner ?????????

The truth is that it is a very bad service, frankly, I do not recommend it because it is not worth it to start. I ordered two plates of rice, beans and roasted chop, according to the price it was 15.50 each plus two canned Pepsi each 1.50 at the end. After ordering, they give me an old piece of clear tea and they tell me that each plate costs 17.50. When I finish eating, the bill comes out to 44.50, depending on the taxis and a mandatory $5 tip. That's a bad place. There are thieves. better places than that place
