So sad what this place has turned out to be after so many years , their staff is rude ,
My family has been going to this restaurant driving out an hour out of our way for 2 years because of how much we loved to eat here,
My mother always asked for extra sauce which is an extra charge and it was always understandable but for her to drive an hour after years of doing it and being told she can’t buy more then 3 at a time and she should actually go down to the store to buy a bottle since it’s basically the same thing (it’s not) is ridiculous and also why offer an item you’re not being specific about the amount someone can buy at a single time and then when someone wants to buy and is willing to pay for it your staff then to tells them to go buy it at the store when we know it’s made in house after us specifically driving there an hour to get it and spending $70 worth of food and more everytime, it’s seriously so sad to see their business go down like these over horrible staffing literally a year ago i would recommend this place to anybody , now it’s not even a thought to let someone i know come here! Do better and you guys should take into account location and how far people are willing to drive give you business.

I was having dinner at the establishment at 1:40 a.m., and one of the employees started spraying the floor with a super-strong liquid air freshener. Even though I told her the smell was too strong, she didn't care and continued spraying.
Closing time was 3 a.m. I don't know why they spray the floor with strong liquid at 1:40 a.m. when customers are eating. I almost threw up!

Incredibly rude staff seems like the second I walk in every one is always busy doing something minus working the register. (Definitely not my first bad experience here). It was only a simple pick up order that was ready and took me 10 min to get it from staff.
Do not recommend unless you like to be ignored after they make eye contact with you.

I went to eat with my partner, I do not recommend the place, the women who serve are not friendly at all, I ordered a stuffed arepa and my partner a hamburger which came cold, the bread was cold, but when I talk about cold it is almost frozen, they served us in a hurry so we decided not to complain immediately, we did not want to have a worse experience than the one we were already having, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

I placed an order. And I received the wrong call to ask what happened. Because I ordered two days ago and the order is good. A lady answers the phone. He tells me he's going to see what happened. He never comes back to the line. I call again. Five times and he didn't answer my call. When he finally answers, he hangs up the phone as soon as he realizes it's me. I call again and she is incredibly rude. Nothing professional says that respect is earned. When I asked him to speak to me with respect. And it didn't help me to blame me for the order. He lied and said that Hawaiian buts don't come with sauces. It's a lie, I'm a loyal customer who always buys Chalos. Me and my family. If not the manager contacts me to ensure that his team is not rude, we will never support Chalos. What a great lack of respect.

I went to this place to get takeout, I was pregnant and went to use the bathroom. There was a giant red cockroach in the bathroom, the cleanliness of it looked terrible, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I had to go out and tell my brother to kill it so I could use the bathroom because it was against a wall and I was afraid it would fall on me. When we told the man at the cashier, he told the employees that they were preparing the food and they started laughing, making fun.
Which made us understand that it is normal for you to experience these situations.
Being a food establishment, hygiene should be impeccable.

Worst experience ever. The hamburger was terrible—it was cold and undercooked. They don't accept cards, and because I didn't have $0.50, I couldn't buy a Colombian soda. The service was awful.

Imagine going to a Colombian place, and just because you don't have $0.50, you can't buy your Colombian soda. I had to go to a Mexican restaurant nearby, which was amazing. They treated me so well and even invited me to eat the burgers at their place. They also accepted cards and even gave me two cups of ice.

As a Colombian, I felt disappointed because we Colombians aren't like that.

In my experience I do not recommend it...

First time at this place and unfortunately our order was incomplete… we made the comment and our plates went back to the kitchen… it didn't build confidence in us so we decided not to eat it…
It was a busy schedule... so it was no excuse to say that they were busy and that's why the error...
I suggest you have more quality of service with the client…

I went to the establishment to share with my family, we placed an order that they had in the establishment's app, and we requested an additional 2 portions of potatoes, after 30 minutes they told us that they did not have available what we had ordered through the App, and that we had to order again, which we did without canceling the previous order, after this an hour passed and not even the potato portions came out, to which I approached to ask and the man at the register answered me and said what a pity , which had been confused, and that there was no more order that he had canceled, which was not what we requested...: after telling him he brought us a tray with two cold hamburgers and two portions of cold potatoes, and then he assured me that they had called us I don't know how many times, and there he contradicted himself.
In the end, the terrible service, the terrible attention, the cold product, and almost two hours later we were able to have dinner, it is the worst business we have visited since we visited New York.
I don't recommend it.

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I would give it 0 stars but I can't. It is absurd to pay more than 70 dollars and have to wait more than an hour for 3 hamburgers. There are promotions available in the app and when you place your order, they say that they are not available which is a platform error. If you want a headache, order here. Otherwise look for other options.

I ordered a hamburger and the meat was very dry. Besides that, the bread was super cold. When I mentioned the cold bread, they gave me a bad attitude as if it were my fault. They wanted to heat the entire burger with tomato and lettuce and had a bad attitude. I don't want to go back and I don't recommend it.

They only charge cash, the burger was cold inside (the tomato was cold), I asked for a container to carry the food and they gave me an aluminum and plastic bag.
