Honestly I love the food in this truck especially the fried momos. I never had a problem here till last night. And I can say I’m a regular customer. I ordered my food for pickup on the phone and payed right then and there. I was in a Uber on my way to the spot to pick it up and head home … and when I get to pick up my food he told me “he threw it out/gave it away” with an attitude. just because I was 10-15 min late when he said be there in 5 min. And it started pouring really hard the Uber went in different directions , and the fact that he threw away something that was payed for already like 10 minutes prior pissed me off because I ended up waiting for extra 8minutes in the rain while my Uber waited for 8minutes! He could’ve made another batch if he threw it out ?!
The men that work in the truck are decent. I never had a problem till yesterday with them. But one older lady that work here never give you fork, napkins, or extra sauce for when you ask. They need better customer service !!!
Update : they started messing up so much it’s terrible. Even on any delivery app they keep messing up this is so bad. I ordered Momo’s from here because I love the way they make it fried but when they sent over steamed I threw it out because I hate it steamed. And I ordered this for my lunch break so waiting a whole hour for delivery hungry is so messed up. I will stop buying from here unless in person

This was my first time trying Tibetan food at Mom’s Momo, and while it was interesting, I wasn’t crazy about it.
I ordered the beef fried momos and yellow laphing. The momos had a nice crispy exterior and decent flavor, but the filling felt inconsistent—some bites were just the dumpling wrapper without much meat inside.
The yellow laphing was unique. I didn’t realize it’s meant to be served cold, so I reheated it, but it still tasted good. It came with a dipping sauce that numbed the spice (probably from Sichuan peppercorns), which helped tone down the heat. Without the sauce, it was pretty spicy.
Overall, the food was okay, but nothing blew me away. It was a decent introduction to Tibetan cuisine, but I’m not sure I’d rush back.

This was the only momo food truck that was actually ready to help customers, palato truck across street didnt even come to the truck window to take my order. Moms momos was perfect for momos. The employee explained everything and i got my order. The veggie momos were good, kind of bland flavorwise but the hot chili sauce addition gave it the kick i wanted. Momo is a good late night spot in my opinion. I will be back
