Terrible place today we went and entered we spent 10 minutes waiting to be served and the lady who served stayed in front and never came in to ask what we wanted and when I asked her if she worked there she didn't even answer she stayed on the fruits in front of them very bad service I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

I tried some of the most basic flavors didn't like any of them; lemon a little bitter, pineapple mango and pitaya very plain and mango with chili didn't really enjoy it either, as a person who's been in the food and hospitality for over 20 years I can say sometimes less is more but your product has to have quality, your helados needs more fruit and the sugar/water ratio is wrong, it needs more sugar too so you don't end up with all the ice crystals in it, I get that everything is expensive but I wouldn't mind paying more for a better product and less of it( don't have to be filled all the way like that) that way you make the customer craving for it more as opposed to getting quantity instead of quality.

Great spot for when you're craving something cold and fresh! I ordered the fresas con crema, the sweetness of the cream mixed with the slightly tart (but still fresh!) strawberries was perfect for the summer heat, and a good sized portion. Staff members were also very friendly and welcoming! They have a large menu with plenty to choose from, and it's my understanding that they're known for their mangoneada, so I'll definitely come back to try that!

The place was buzzing late at night and the customers were nonstop flowing. Despite the long wait, the mangoneada, chamoyada, and Piña Colada were extremely worth it! Loved the flavors and the extra mostly edible decor on top (minus the stick with the vast amount of chamoy). Super filling! The staff were really polite, despite my broken Spanish to convey a miscommunication with calculations. Would go back for sure!

Disrespectful employee, the owner is super disrespectful. If you plan buying from here please save your money. Owner loves to exploit the employees and be disrespectful by not paying. Not only that but the place is disgusting. It stinks in there and poor customer service. My last visit I found many roaches sitting under the corner tables and the tables ARENT EVEN CLEAN ! This place is just pure disgusting and the horrible service us as customers get is absurd. Let’s not even mention outside. They sell expired products. IM POSTING THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND THIS DISGUSTING MESS OF A PLACE AND THAT JUST AS THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED. Save your money there are TONS of different places in nyc where you can buy the same product FOR A BETTER PRICE AND BETTER QUALITY!!!!! Don’t follow what TikTok trends tell you.
